The original function of this site was for trading in R.E.M. recordings but strictly no official recordings. I only got started in the trading community back in 2004 but it has since become a favourite pastime of mine.
My original aim when setting up this website was to help me to increase my R.E.M. bootleg collection. While Bit Torrents were becoming ever more prevalent in the trading community I still preferred the whole process of trading by mail. I found Bit Torrents are an excellent way of getting the latest recordings but I liked personal touch involved in regular mail trading. Unfortunately, I am now no longer active in the trading scene but I have found a new use for this site.
This is now the fourth version of this website. The main focus of the site is now dedicated to the iPhone and iPod Touch apps that I develop.
